SoundPLAN Nord ApS support, assist and train SoundPLAN customers within the 5 Nordic and the 3 Baltic countries.
Support
Those of our customers who signed our Software Maintenance Contract and those who have a license which is still within the first free year are entitled to receive hot-line support via mail or phone.
Assistance
We would also like to assist you doing specific noise mapping projects such as creating the 3D model and assessment of the calculation results.
Checking
We offer to check your SoundPLAN project for modeling mistakes, correct use of tools and features etc.
Training
SoundPLAN Beginner’s Training: Our standard course for beginners is a 2-day session with a lot of hands-on exercises, demonstrations, timesaving hints etc. It is arranged whenever requested by our customers and the contents is adjusted according to the trainees' wishes. The price is 3.000 EURO plus travel expenses. Max 4 participants. If more than one company attend, the price per company will be reduced accordingly.
SoundPLAN Power User Course: These courses are 1-day sessions. They are held whenever requested. Focus is on advanced operations with only few comments to the basic handling of the program. The price is 1.500 EURO plus travel expenses. Surcharge must be expected if the customer wants a session tailored according to his wishes.Max 4 participants. If more than one company attend the price per company will be reduced accordingly.
Introduction to new version: These courses are ‘open’, 1-day courses. They are held every 18 – 24 months shortly after the release of a new SoundPLAN version. At least one course will be arranged in each Nordic country. Focus is on new features in the program plus existing complicated issues. The price is usually kept within the range 400 to 500 EURO per trainee.
SoundPLAN Brush-up Course: If your skills with SoundPLAN have become a bit rusty and you don’t feel updated with the new features in the program, this 1-day course might be the best choice. It is arranged whenever requested by our customers and the content is adjusted according to the trainees' wishes.The price is 1.500 EURO plus travel expenses. Max 4 participants. If more than one company attend, the price per company will be reduced accordingly.
Tailored sessions: At your request we can compose any course that might fit your needs. The price will basically be 1.500 euro per day + travel expenses assuming your 'wish list' is within normal SoundPLAN issues. Please contact us.
Common for all courses is that special focus is put on fulfilling the Nordic standards.
